Originally from Zimbabwe, Evelyn came to the UK to study nursing, driven by a deep desire to care for others and make a real difference. After 12 years working in the NHS, she felt ready for a new path, one that would allow her to remain in the field she loved, while fulfilling a lifelong dream of starting her own business.
Inspired by the need for more compassionate, relationship-focused care, she founded Seven Star Care, a service built on dignity, empathy, and human connection. Today, Evelyn leads with clinical expertise and a genuine passion for helping people feel safe, respected, and well supported in their own homes.
Ricco is the visionary behind Seven Star Care, combining deep experience in the care sector with strong business leadership. As Co-founder and Managing Director, he has been instrumental in building a team known for professionalism, compassion, and reliability. With a focus on high-quality staffing solutions and personalised care, Ricco continues to drive the company’s growth across Hampshire and beyond, ensuring every client receives the exceptional service they deserve.
